Excellent: The Goldmund Quartet clears prizes
With several prizes and scholarships, including the Yehudi Menuhin Live Music Now Scholarship, the German Music Competition Scholarship, the Bavarian Young Artists Award and the Karl Klinger Prize, the Goldmund Quartet is one of the most exciting young string quartets in Europe today. Recently they were also able to make a proof in London: Here they took second place in the renowned Wigmore-Hall International String Quartet Competition and also won the Twentieth Century Prize.
International: The Goldmund Quartet on tour all over the world
Since their debut at the Prinzregentententheater in Munich, the quartet has performed at international festivals such as the Festival Aix-en-Provence, the Festival de Música y Danza Granada and the Ludwigsburg Schlossfestspiele. The tour took them to Denmark, France, Norway, Spain, Italy, Canada, China, Switzerland and the USA. This year they will perform for the first time at the Phillips Collection in Washington, the Hemsing Festival in Norway and the Shanghai Concerto Hall.
We look forward to everything that comes!
